Withdrawal from the purchase agreement

The consumer who makes a purchase out of the enterprise’s premises is particularly protected by law, that is by the act dated 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827) . With its consumers it mind, Secret Place extends this protection and prolongs the statutory time for withdrawal from the purchase agreement.

From now:

- time for withdrawal from the agreement is no longer 14, but as many as 90 days
- to be allowed to use this kind of protection, it is necessary to send a complete agreement withdrawal form to the Seller
- the consumer must return the product to the Seller within 14 days after withdrawing from the agreement at its own cost

Complaints

If the item sold is defective, the Consumer may choose to do the following:

- file a declaration of demand to reduce the price,
- file a declaration of withdrawal from the agreement.

If the item sold is defective, the Consumer may also do the following:

• demand replacement of the item with a defect-free item,
  - demand removal of defect.

The printed and completed form of the withdrawal /the complaint should be attached to the returned product and sent to the following address:
