Free shipping applies to orders paid in advance by bank transfer (prepayment):

- in the case of shipping by InPost parcel lockers for orders over PLN 349
- in the case of shipping by DHL and Inpost courier for orders over PLN 500

OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Packaging of the shipment - having In order to ensure discretion, the ordered goods are delivered in a box that is secured against opening by unauthorized persons with adhesive tape. The contents of the shipment are appropriately secured. A consignment note with the recipient's address is stuck on the package prepared in this way. Small-sized shipments are sent in other packages secured in a similar way. We do not place any additional inscriptions on the packages other than those required by the delivery companies.

Methods of delivering the shipment - at the moment there are the following methods of delivering the shipment:

DHL courier shipment and DHL courier shipment cash on delivery - services carried out via a courier company throughout the country. For orders placed before 2 p.m. and paid in advance via the transaction system or by direct transfer (the date of posting the payment is taken into account) or cash on delivery. The shipment is delivered according to the courier's standard and most often it is the next business day.
InPost courier shipment and InPost courier shipment with cash on delivery - carried out by a proven InPost operator, delivery takes place to the indicated delivery address /e.g. residential address, office or other/. In the case of cash on delivery, payment is collected by the courier and then transferred to the Seller's account.
Parcel lockers - one of the most popular delivery methods, the fastest and very economical. Delivery to a specified (selected) and nearby parcel locker. Monitoring the route of the parcel via a smartphone application. Note: it happens that the parcel will be redirected to another nearby parcel locker in the event of, for example, a failure of the indicated one, overflow or other situations that cannot be predicted.
Personal collection from the store's headquarters - the placed order with the personal collection option can be collected from one of the two Secret Place brand flagship stores, i.e. in Warsaw (ul. Prosta 2/14, at Rondo ONZ) or in Poznań (ul. Szkolna 17) during the opening hours of the stores. We will inform you when the order is ready for collection.
Shipping outside Poland (to the EU) - Secret Place Salon ships outside Poland using courier services.

The Secret Place Store makes every effort to fulfill customer requests, however, we cannot guarantee some. Non-standard requests that we do not fulfill include a request not to place additional descriptions on the packages that are not respected by the companies delivering the parcels, e.g. "Leave at the duty room", "Leave with the neighbor", etc. We cannot use such descriptions.
