OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Shipment Packaging

For discretion, the ordered goods are delivered in a cardboard box secured with adhesive tape to prevent unauthorized opening. The contents of the shipment are properly secured. A waybill with the recipient's address is affixed to the prepared package. Small-sized shipments are sent in other packaging secured in a similar manner. We do not place any additional inscriptions on packages except those required by the delivery companies.

Shipment Delivery Methods

Currently, the following delivery methods are available:

• DHL Courier and DHL Courier with cash on delivery – services are carried out via a courier company throughout the country. For orders placed before 2 PM and paid in advance through a transactional system or direct bank transfer (the date of payment posting is counted), or with cash on delivery. The shipment is delivered according to the courier's standard, which is usually the next business day.
• InPost Courier and InPost Courier with cash on delivery - carried out by the verified operator InPost, delivery takes place to the specified delivery address (e.g., home address, office, or another). In the case of cash on delivery, the payment is collected by the courier and then transferred to the Seller's account.
• Parcel Lockers - one of the most popular, fastest, and most economical delivery methods. Delivery is made to a specified (selected) and nearby parcel locker. You can track the package's journey via a smartphone application. Note: a package may be redirected to another nearby parcel locker in case of a malfunction of the specified one, overcrowding, or other unforeseen situations.
• Personal pickup from the store's headquarters - an order placed with the personal pickup option can be collected from one of the two Secret Place flagship stores, i.e., in Warsaw (ul. Prosta 2/14, at Rondo ONZ) or in Poznań (ul. Szkolna 17) during the stores' opening hours. We will inform you when the order is ready for pickup.

The Secret Place store makes every effort to fulfill customer wishes; however, we cannot guarantee some non-standard requests. Non-standard requests that we do not fulfill include requests to not place additional descriptions on packages that are not respected by delivery companies, e.g., "Leave at the guard's office", "Leave with a neighbor", etc. We cannot use such descriptions.
